Premium Content
Many money making sites on the internet will have a premium area where access is restricted only to paying visitors. In order to charge your visitors for premium content, the content you are charging for must have real value to the visitor and must not be easily found elsewhere. Often premium content websites will have free content as a taster or you may be able to preview the premium content for a limited time.
Examples of premium content found on the internet include:
- Premium Content News Articles - Often found alongside other free articles but containing much more in depth information. Premium articles will often have a 'locked' symbol next to it.
- Premium Recipe area - Sites about cooking often have recipe areas which visitors must pay for to gain access to.
- Adult websites - Adult websites will usually have a paid members area containing images and video which can't be found elsewhere.
